We need your Skyward Portal forms (Parent & Student) and Physicals if you have not turned these in yet. This year's band fees are due now. For the upcoming School Year 2025-2026, all band registration fees are due by July 21, 2025. If you need more time, please communicate with the Band Boosters to set up a payment plan. Payments can be mailed to the RC Band Boosters at P.O. Box 98, Royse City, TX 75189. Checks should be made out to RC Band Boosters. Payments can also be made on the pay portals for your convenience. Students that play a school-owned wind instrument, please pay the following $125 School-Owned Instrument Fee. Percussionists, please pay the following $125 Percussion Fee. Please email Mr. Webb if you have any questions or concerns.
High school band registration and uniform sizing will take place on Saturday, May 3, 2025 in the RCHS Cafeteria from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We ask that all students attend along with a parent so that we can be as efficient as possible during the time frames below. If you are unable to make your time frame below, just come at any other time during the day.
A thru F 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM
G thru L 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM
M thru R 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
S thru Z 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM
Fill out the appropriate Registration Paper Form.
Print off either the Winds, Percussion, or Guard Registration form.
Fill out the form with all appropriate sizing marked.
You can turn these forms in on Saturday at Registration.
If you can't print or fill this out beforehand, we will have extra copies on Saturday.
Fill out the Meal Plan (optional, but we recommend you take advantage of having your meals delivered to the school each Friday during football season).
Meal Plan is 2 options this year per restaurant (veggie/dietary option included).
Select the Meals you wish to purchase.
Pay for entire Meal Plan or just the meals you select (must be paid for in addition to your Deposit for Registration).

Data Station (Saturday Only)
Give all contact info/data to Director/Parent on this station.
If you can't make it Saturday, we will get this info at a later date.
Sizing (Saturday Only)
Students will be fitted for their uniform bibbers (pants).
Students will be fitted for their uniform hat (shako).
Students will be measured for their uniform tops.
Pay Deposit or All Band Fees (w/Registration Form/Meal Plan).
Band Boosters will be available to take deposits for Registration Fees/Orders.
We accept cash, check, money order, and credit card. The easiest way is to use the following link: Band Booster Pay Link (do NOT pay band fees until we have your form on Saturday).
Students must turn in a PPE (Pre-Participation Physical Examination) form on or before July 21st.
Must be filled out by a physician before July 21st.
Extra copies on Saturday.
This can be shared between departments (only one physical needed for Sports, Cheer, Debs, Color Guard, Band, etc...).

Hat Sizing

Students will try on a marching band shako and see which is the best fit.
Bibbers Sizing (marching band pants)
Not for Guard.
All Band/Percussion students will try on a pair (or more) of bibbers to see which is the best fit.
This will take place in the cafeteria. Parents can continue to the Registration Table while students take care of this one if you want.
Band Booster Table (Registration Forms/Meal Plan Forms)
Turn in Registration Form with correct sizing for t-shirts, shorts, etc... (this can be filled out at home with your student). All required items for your student must be added along with optional items that need replacing.
